Perfect Photo Examples
Perfect photos need to be clear, bright and detailed. If so, a good reflection in the eye as that makes the portrait more realistic. When zoomed in, it should be clear, so I can see as much detail in the photo.
NOT CLEAR ENOUGH
TOO BLURRY
Even if looks clear, I need to be able to zoom in and see every detail clearly. I understand that different phones have different camera qualities, so if this is the best you can do, just message me and we will work out something
However, if a photo is like this, there is no way I could draw from it. Obviously, the photo needs to be clear, so I draw all the details.
TOO DARK
NOT A 'NICE' POSE
If a photo is too dark, it makes the animals features almost disappear into black. If possible, the photo should be taken outside or in a naturally lit area to avoid this. It would also not give accurate colours of the animal, which is what you need when drawing realism.
To make a beautiful portrait, it would help if the animal is in a nice pose. The photo should be taken at the animals level would be ideal, not from above.
